2026 HOA Assessment

The 2026 annual HOA assessment is $150.00 per property and is due by August 31, 2026.

Annual assessments help fund the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Griffin Crossing community. Payments are applied toward Association expenses as approved by the Board of Directors.

Assessments may be paid securely online through Stripe. Griffin Crossing Homeowners Association absorbs all payment-processing fees, so homeowners pay exactly $150.00 per property. Homeowners who prefer not to pay online may continue to submit payment by check or money order, payable to Griffin Crossing Homeowners Association, and mailed to the address below.
